A Day in the Life
It is Friday and you start the day with the weekly technical meeting. It is an opportunity for Technical Project Leads to share project insights, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from each other. Today, the Product Manager joins the session to discuss upcoming product rollouts—a crucial update for setting client expectations.
Your next task is a video call with the IT team of one of our customers. Together with their IT partner, you map out the technical rollout plan for Zivver, identifying potential obstacles and crafting solutions to ensure a smooth deployment.
Later, you collaborate with a colleague to refine a new onboarding process, incorporating lessons from previous projects. Just as you are wrapping up, you receive a call from a stressed A USA client’s system is not behaving as expected. Thanks to your technical knowledge, you start checking our systems, resolve their primary issue on the spot, and coordinate with the engineering team to tackle the rest. You finish your day by updating the project status and documenting your learnings to share with the team.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead Technical Implementations
You’ll guide enterprise customers through seamless onboarding, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and aligned with agreed timelines.
Keeping everything organized is key—you’ll maintain accurate updates in Salesforce and submit your time promptly in Harvest.
Be a Trusted Advisor
You’ll deliver tailored training sessions and workshops, helping clients get the most out of the Zivver platform.
Along the way, you’ll identify opportunities to improve processes or recommend additional services to enhance their success.
Drive Successful Deliveries
You’ll manage risks and resolve issues to keep implementations running smoothly.
With a clear understanding of each project phase, you’ll ensure all deliverables are met and stakeholders stay aligned.
Collaborate Across Teams
You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
Make Things Better
Your input will help us refine our processes, improve our documentation, and make Zivver even better for our customers.
