UX Researcher Internship

As an intern at Zivver, you will gain hands-on experience in one of the following areas:  

• User Research: Recruit participants, conduct usability tests, and analyze user behavior. 

• Data Analysis: Identify patterns, craft reports with visuals, and share findings with teams. 

• Collaboration: Work with design and product teams to create user-focused solutions. 

• Strategic Planning: Develop a sustainable guide for usability testing, focusing on efficient recruitment and session implementation. 

📊 Projects you will work on 

Usability Testing & Insights: Recruit and schedule participants, craft a usability test script, and conduct tests to identify key usability challenges. Analyze user behavior and findings, presenting actionable insights to design and product teams to enhance user experience. 

Sustainable Usability Testing Framework: Design a comprehensive guide to help Zivver implement usability testing processes sustainably. This includes strategies for recruiting participants, creating test scripts, and organizing sessions effectively with minimal resources. Your framework will ensure long-term impact and continuity.

🎯 Who Are We Looking For 

• Fluent in Dutch, advanced in English 

• Passionate about technology and design. 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (3rd year or higher) or Master's degree of UX/UI Design, Psychology, Human-Technology Interaction, Media Studies or a related field. 

• People-oriented, organized, creative, and eager to learn. 

• Residency in the Netherlands with the ability to be at our office at least two days a week.
