As People Business Partner you will play, on operational and tactical level, a pivotal role in fostering talent retention strategies, ensuring our Zivvies remain engaged and fulfilled. You'll have the opportunity to identify training needs and design programs that not only align with our business objectives but also empower our employees to reach their fullest potential. Day-to-day, you'll offer invaluable guidance to managers, empowering them to nurture talent, plan careers, and navigate performance challenges with finesse.

Your expertise in HR principles and laws, coupled with your knack for analytical thinking, will be instrumental in shaping Zivver's success story. What we are looking for:

• With your relevant degree or certifications. With 2-4 years working experience as HRBP, you bring a wealth of HR knowledge and experience to the table.
• Your understanding of HR principles, laws, and regulations makes you a trusted advisor for our NL and UK office. Understanding the Dutch law is a hard requirement.
• You thrive in an international environment and are always up-to-date with market practices and trends.
• Your knack for prioritization and multitasking makes you a force to be reckoned with.
• Handling sensitive information with professionalism is your middle name.
• Your leadership skills and ability to collaborate across functions set you apart.
• You're a continuous learner, always staying ahead of the curve on HR trends and laws.
• You are proficient in English and preferably also in Dutch.
