Are you ready to dive into a marketing role with a global reach? We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist based in the Netherlands who’s excited to help drive our worldwide marketing efforts while supporting local initiatives. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to delve into project management within marketing and embrace the versatility of a marketing generalist.


As a key player on our team, you’ll execute global marketing campaigns and guide their adaptation into targeted regional activities. Your coordination will be crucial in ensuring campaigns, marketing projects, and events run smoothly to support Zivver’s revenue growth. You’ll also play an integral role in building and monitoring digital activities in HubSpot, keeping a close eye on their effectiveness.


Your focus will extend to organising global events, with special attention to our growth markets in the US and UK, while supporting our local team in the Netherlands. From managing logistics to coordinating event kits and merchandise, you’ll ensure every event is executed flawlessly and consistently.

What you will do: 

  • Campaigns: Manage, support and execute global marketing and social media campaigns. Guide the regionalisation of global campaign efforts for local success.

  • Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for global and regional marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.

  • Global Marketing Support: Provide support for global marketing efforts, focusing on key markets in the US and UK.

  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales materials, and support the sales team with presentations and brochures.

  • Marketing team support: Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders and external vendors and ensure all materials are on brand and follow the correct approval processes.

  • Internal Communication Enhancement: Facilitate effective communication between the UK and NL teams, support with delivering internal communications plans and assisting with ensuring the accuracy of translations.

Job requirements


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with practical project management skills.

  • Proven ability to handle high-volume tasks and manage multiple streams of work independently.

  • Experience in SaaS technology, ideally within the cybersecurity sector.

  • Ability to analyse marketing campaigns and report on performance.


Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.

  • Proficiency in setting up campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, or Asana.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to the UK, Europe and potentially to the US.
