Are you a digital marketer looking to focus on the technical side of marketing? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive, who is eager to dive deeper into marketing operations of a security scale-up.


In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Digital Marketing and focus on the technical aspects of our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include updating web pages using HTML/CSS and setting up and tracking campaigns in HubSpot, PPC, and Google Ads. You’ll also collaborate with our SEO agency to implement their recommendations and optimise our inbound marketing strategies, providing you with a valuable opportunity to develop hands-on technical skills.


While this is a junior role, it requires a digital mindset and the ability to learn quickly. You’ll gain experience across Hubspot and Google Analytics, and work in a fast-paced environment where organisation and execution are key.


What you will do:
Digital Strategy Execution:

  • Support the implementation of our global digital strategy.

  • Focus on inbound marketing and lead generation to enhance the overall digital experience.

Website Management:

  • Maintain and update web pages, blog posts, and relevant content regularly.

  • Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices for visibility and performance.

  • Use HubSpot to manage web content and optimise site performance.

Digital Campaign Support:

  • Assist in creating and optimising digital campaigns.

  • Manage PPC and adjust Google Ads as needed.

  • Test tracking and lead flow for paid campaigns.

  • Support UTM creation and event tracking.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate and nurture leads using HubSpot and Salesforce.

SEO Optimization:

  • Implement SEO best practices for blog publishing and on-page SEO.

  • Work with our digital agency to continuously enhance SEO performance.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on performance data.

Job requirements

What you will bring: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign management.
  • Familiarity in project management tools like Jira and Asana to coordinate marketing tasks and campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and PPC platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them across content and web pages.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for creating and editing digital content, along with at least an intermediate level of proficiency in Dutch.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot for content management, marketing automation, and campaign optimization.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web maintenance and optimization.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.

  • Experience in design tools such as Adobe Creative suite is a bonus.

  • Proactive approach and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced growth environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Salesforce are a plus.
