Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to scope, roadmap and implement (new) tooling solutions for business problems;

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and metrics to monitor revenue performance, identify areas of improvement, and report on results to senior management.

  • Develop and execute processes that optimize the sales, marketing, and customer success processes to maximize revenue generation

  • You support the management of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and providing accurate information for the sales, marketing, and customer success teams;

  • Maintaining our technology platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases, tracking and responding to user support tickets as well as fixing bugs;

  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve revenue operations;

  • Develop and maintain operations material to enable self-serve and transparency across multiple teams at Zivver;

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for the Go-To-Market tech stack;

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining and updating revenue processes in our CRM and other systems;

  • Act as a point of contact for revenue-related systems and process questions and issues;

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver clean data in and out of our tooling so we can enable use cases across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and Product teams

Job requirements

Expertise you’ll bring

  • You have 3+ years of experience in an Analyst role within a B2B or Saas company;

  • You have worked with automation platforms and CRMs and partnered closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver technical solutions for business problems and enhancements;

  • Problem-solving excites you. You strive to make work easier for the commercial team by eliminating blockers with creative solutions;

  • You know how to automate reporting as much as possible to stay focused on solving the problems that will have the biggest impact;

  • You have experience of using CRM systems and various Marketing and Sales Platforms (nice to have experience with more than one of these tools: SalesForce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo);

  • You have been integral in your team’s tech stack and help bridge technical gaps between stakeholders. You’ve played a key role in technology integrations;

  • You are fluent in commercial and Product data You understand which information needs to flow in and out of Marketing and Sales tooling in order to run successful campaigns;

  • You are highly skilled in using SQL and comfortable with using spreadsheets and analytics tools such as Metabase or other BI tools. Data is a core part of your toolkit. Some git experience would be a plus.
