A day at Zivver

You kick off your Friday morning with the weekly team meeting. This is the moment where all Project leads get together and discuss the highs and lows of the week (both personal and work related), share experiences, best practices and learn from each other. Every now and then, a department head joins the meeting and gives an update on their work. This week, the Head of Engineering is invited and shares insights about new ways we’re going to roll out products. This is good to know – as this will help you manage your client’s expectations. Normally, you would jump into your car straight afterwards to meet one of your clients – but because of this ongoing pandemic, you’ve scheduled a video call with a Project Manager of the UWV (employee insurance agency Netherlands). Together with their IT partner KPN, you discuss the possibilities of how we can efficiently roll out Zivver and train their IT staff, so they can maintain the products properly.

After the video call, you share the customer’s difficulties and your ideas with your colleague Vincent. He gives you some feedback based on his experiences and points out a great way of arranging it differently – which works out even more effectively. This gives you some food for thought. Just when you hang up the phone, The customer lead of one of the NHS organizations (UK National Health System) calls. She’s about to go live and is stressed because a few things aren’t working properly. You remain calm as always - because your product knowledge allows you to answer their main question on the spot and the rest will be answered in close collaboration with the technical team. You wrap up your day by writing your hours and updating the customer’s progress in our system.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or IT)
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a project manager of which at least 2 years in an international environment
  • Experience working within a fast-moving environment
  • Good business acumen
  • Foundational knowledge of desktop and virtualization technologies
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
