Manage the Talent Acquisition process end-to-end including sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates for your vacancies
Search, find and target the best candidates for your vacancies and stay up to date with the (tech) platforms and online communities we need to use
Act as internal Business Partner. This means aligning with the hiring managers to know exactly what Zivver needs and, advising them on the processes you develop, and taking proactive action when necessary during the recruitment process
Actively maintain, update and improve our ATS (Recruitee)
Work on short and long term recruitment projects together with the Talent Acquisition team

Experience in a similar Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role, preferably in a (tech) scale-up environment
