We’re ready to go big in multiple countries and need you to help realise our growth ambitions. As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager you understand what it takes to convert target audiences and deliver sales qualified leads to our sales teams. You do so by creating digital demand generation plans to aggressively gain market share within the predefined verticals/industries via our website and online lead generation (including PPC, SEA, digital advertising, social ads, lead nurturing, and analytics). This role, collaborating with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors, is essential to increase marketing's contribution to revenue. This position requires a candidate with a blend of digital strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise.
Location: Amsterdam (The Netherlands) or Greater London (UK)
Data is key, always. You feel comfortable managing dynamic challenges and aren’t afraid to take bold, informed decisions based on insights.
From awareness campaigns to landing pages, you know how to fill the B2B funnel and convert those leads into quality SQLs.
Whether it’s Google Adwords or LinkedIn advertising, campaign performance dashboards are your best friend and you base your optimizations on numbers rather than intuition.
Website Analytics and customer journeys are like coffee to you (assuming you like coffee ;)). In fact, every nugget of information you can extract works like a shot of espresso to you and gets you fired up!
Test and learn is your modus operandi. You can’t wait to run a/b-tests, research the most effective ad copy, and figure out which asset has the biggest impact on our clients.
You are able to flawlessly combine strategy with tactical execution. From budget and media planning to campaign optimizations, you are able to own it all.
A day at Zivver
It's Monday morning and you’re about to dial into the Marketing Stand Up. Beforehand you’ve already checked the performance of the current campaigns so you’re able to give a short update to the country managers and how to increase them this week.
Later you check in with our web developer agency about the to do’s this week. You’re planning to a/b test a new version of a key product page on the website to see if this shows an uplift in Enterprise B2B leads. You are ready to present your plan, so this will be an efficient meeting!
In the afternoon you blocked time to work on new campaign assets as you just received the briefing for a Financial Services campaign in the UK - you already have a great idea how to innovatively reach the targets that have been given to you. Data is key, so you know exactly how to reach the results you are aiming for. You build the structure and the assets whilst keeping in mind that tagging and tracking is on point from a to z. This is the only way to determine attribution and ROI at the end of the campaign and optimize in between if necessary. Once the campaign has finished (in a few weeks time), you send out a report with learnings and potential improvements for future campaigns.
At the end of the day you prepare for the Sales & Marketing meeting for Tuesday morning. You want to discuss your learnings more in depth and get input on the quality of the leads you provided the week before to the sales teams. You’re being updated on key prospect insights which you’ll use to optimize the ads. Each update directly results in improved results on our messaging and campaigns.
