A day at Zivver

On arrival at the office you grab your hot drink of choice whilst exchanging pleasantries with your workmates. Pick a desk, any desk, no hard rules at HQ regarding where you sit, just open your laptop and start your day.

At 9:30am you have a meeting with your manager to go through some reports he requires for an upcoming board meeting. You have prepared some samples based on the last quarter and you have some exciting new analysis from recent campaigns to share with him. The meeting has gone well and you have picked up some requirements that can be worked on immediately so you get busy building some new dashboards.

After lunch you attend the weekly sales meeting and listen to some feedback from the Sales team on issues they are having building quotes in SFDC, you clearly understand the issue and agree to help with some new workflows that will address their concerns, another win.

You now spend a couple of hours working on SpringCM to ensure the Legal contracts process is running smoothly and that the correct contracts are being used Regionally.

You finish the day reading up on some new features in SFDC, you have your Admin exam coming up so you want to ensure you are aware of all the latest information.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the SalesForce instance, ensuring data remains accurate and up to date
  • Configure reports and dashboards to provide insight to sales forecasts
  • Assist Sales Reps in creating quotes and contracts
  • Work with Legal to ensure the SpringCM platform contains the correct legal framework documents
  • Maintain SpringCM platform to ensure contracts and related documents are properly stored and available
  • Preparing forecasts for quarterly board presentation
  • Recording Sales Reps quarterly forecasts and creating reports to measure and track in SFDC

Requirements

  • Degree in Business administration, Finance or Marketing
  • Experience in Sales Analysis
  • Strong research and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM Software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams
  • Detail oriented person

Desirable

  • Experience in a startup or security vendor
  • Knowledge of the security market
  • Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
