A day at Zivver

This morning you decided to come to the office to meet up with your colleagues. But first thing first: coffee, tea or a chai latte (so many to choose from in our Humming Bar).

After reviewing your JIRA board for the current sprint, you decide to first continue your work on the ongoing data strategy, with the end goal of having a clear 360 view of our customers. It’s quite a project, but with your noise canceling headphones and some jazzy sounds in the background, you dive right in!

After lunch you meet with Joe, your manager. Together you review some of our ongoing technology and brainstorm on where we can optimize those further through enablement and training as well as product features and functionality that have been released. You already have your strategy ready and just pass by your thoughts with Joe.

As it’s almost done for the day, you jump in your final meeting to align with others across the Revenue Operations team. The topic you’ll be discussing are the ongoing projects and initiatives currently in play, with the end goal of continually looking to evolve our operational excellence at Zivver. The meeting resulted in some nice action items! But that’s for the next couple of days, you’ll head to the Humming Bar for a drink and catch up with people outside your team.
