Product Owner

Job description

When it comes to asking “how”, are your ideas out of the ordinary? Are you curious by nature? If you don’t know the answer, will you seek out the most efficient solution?

At Zivver, we’re building a truly unique platform and product that leads the market in secure digital communications. With Zivver, there’s no such thing as a data leak and to support our engineering capacity, we’re looking for a Product Owner to help us in the next step of our journey.

As a Product Owner, you will help the engineering team understand how to develop the next feature. You work closely with the respective Product Manager(s) to make the company product vision and strategy a reality. You know how to gather new feature requests, coordinate sprints and schedule new releases.

Why should you join Zivver, you ask? We’re in a phase of immense growth. No day will be the same and no issue can or will be addressed in the same way. This means your learning curve will be steep! We want you to share your opinion on our product and will expect you to raise the necessary questions, regardless of who is in the room. Your success is in your hands, scrum or kanban; you and your team decide together on how to be successful.

  • You manage the product backlog, prioritizing them based on changing or emerging requirements

  • You attend all agile and scrum meetings to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap set with the product manager, providing feedback and validation

  • You communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) about your team’s backlog, progress or impediments

  • You solve product-related problems, make decisions and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments

  • You work closely with product management and respective stakeholders in order to create a product that fits the company and product strategy.
