Partner Manager, Channel Sales or Partner Development; it’s not in the name but in what you can achieve. We’re on the look out for a Partner Development Manager to support our business growth. If you’re a business-minded, tech-savvy individual who has the ability to bring these two worlds together, we want to hear from you. You’ll lead our channel across the UK with a hands on sales approach whilst simultaneously working on maintaining the relationships and driving sales through our partners.
This role is more than just expanding our partner network. You will be in the driver's seat when it comes to expanding our channel sales across the UK and building out a strategic approach. With a core focus on recruiting net new partnerships, you will be responsible for managing, owning, and maintaining a partner facilitated pipeline, with a view to drive a run rate volume business. We’re looking for someone with strong regional experience in software sales and channel development, and has the ability to close direct deals.

Responsibilities
Create and execute a go-to-market strategy, building on the partner programs we already have in place across EMEA, with the support of the EMEA Channel Manager
Identify and introduce Zivver to partners that “speak to the companies we don’t speak to” in order to help drive our growth in the Mid and Enterprise markets
Work with Zivver’s sales team to identify key partner opportunities whilst owning your own partner facilitated pipeline
Work with regional field marketing teams to create fun and compelling partner-led campaigns and demonstrate results
Serve as day-to-day liaison between existing partners and Zivver sales, whilst developing market initiatives to drive incremental revenue
Evangelize partner capabilities with the Zivver sales teams, clearly articulating the partner’s value propositions to foster proactive engagement
Review pipeline and drive opportunity velocity with our partners - this may have overlap to the direct sales team
Drive business performance measured by net new bookings and customer acquisition

Expertise you’ll bring
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales, is preferred;
You bring excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills;
Experience in previous Channel roles: 3+ years of experience in partner channel development, sales or business development;
Previous experience selling through indirect channels, such as resellers, distributors, or value-added partners, is preferred;
Have proven quota carrying experience within the Channel;
Proven ability to build relationships with internal Sales teams and wider business stakeholders;
You bring experience in Information Security or Digital/Modern Workplace products or services;
You are familiar with customer relationship management software such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
