A day at Zivver

Working as a legal intern at a scale-up is always exciting and no day will be the same! You will take full part in the team and participate in all ongoing matters.

You may start your morning, after coffee and a chat with colleagues, by deep diving into a specific new piece of legislation and the potential impact this may have on Zivver. You will use the knowledge you obtained to draft a memorandum to set out your findings, which will be used by management and our Product Department to implement any necessary changes. After answering a few ad-hoc questions from your colleagues, you will have lunch together with all the other Zivvies at our company restaurant.

Your afternoon then starts with a sync meeting with the Legal Director to discuss all ongoing matters and to make sure you get the guidance you need, after which you will join a call with our UK counsel to discuss some outstanding issues on our user terms. Next up is a call with a customer to negotiate a sales contract.

The remainder of the afternoon you’re collaborating with your colleagues on various topics, while maybe playing a game of ping pong in between ;). As you’re finishing up you decide to go to our Humming Bar for a drink with other Zivvies.
