Next, you’ve reserved some time to continue your research on ways to improve our prospect and customer data quality, which feeds into our outbound sales and marketing efforts. Working closely with the cross functional team, a plan is put in place on how to address some of the current challenges to make enhancements to our marketing and sales data.
After lunch it’s time to review some of the recent customer wins that we wish to showcase internally. Working closely with agency partners you will become heavily involved in the capturing of new customer stories and developing them for promotion, working cross functionally with internal stakeholders.
You wrap up your day by looking at some marketing data, specifically the success of some recent activities, to see if we can identify any trends in the data that can feed into our planning efforts going forward. One of the discussion areas is around running more activities into new markets, and understanding the data is key to making those decisions.
