Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated marketing campaign plans (approach, targeting, tactics, timelines, budget) – spanning web, eDM, field marketing, customer marketing and brand marketing tactics.

  • Work closely with our agency partners, managing their workloads and deliverables day-to-day – to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time and to a high standard

  • Work closely with our marketing operations, content marketing and digital marketing teams - developing nurture tracks, content driven campaigns, ABM and customer marketing campaigns

  • Build and maintain our campaign tracking in Salesforce and utilize our full martech stack to deliver data driven campaign approaches and plays

  • Develop campaign specific, audience relevant messaging and become the campaign ‘expert’ within the marketing team

  • Join the dots in campaign delivery and execution between various stakeholders to ensure all of the correct component parts are threaded and sequenced in the right order

  • Take a leading role in developing and delivering customer marketing programs which engage and excite our base of 5,000 existing customers

  • Lead our webinar program – owning the program roadmap through to executing marketing programs that drive registrations and engagement post event.

  • Get involved in developing new go to market strategies and launch campaigns for thought-leadership and product launches.

Requirements


  • 4+ Years of experience in a B2B campaigns marketing role – ideally in tech

  • Experience in developing and delivering successful, high performance integrated campaigns

  • Very strong attention to detail – ensuring flawless campaign execution

  • Can do attitude – focusing on outputs and outcomes

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm, with a low ego and a hands-on, getting things done mentality.

  • A great team player with the ability to communicate and take ownership with a very busy marketing team.
