As an ambitious self-starter you are eager to jump in and build this fast growing scale-up together with us. How? By maintaining and developing our CRM in and helping the team to improve how they use our internal systems. You are a team player who is also happy to work alone at times to develop new processes, making sure this scale up keeps going like a rocket.
A day at ZIVVER
(We are living during a pandemic, so there’s no such thing as a day at HQ. We fully support a work-from-home situation (read as monitors, headphones, webcam, docks, and whatever else you might need). In normal times though...)
On arrival at the office you grab your hot drink of choice whilst exchanging pleasantries with your workmates. Pick a desk, any desk, no hard rules at HQ regarding where you sit, just open your laptop and start your day.
At 10:00am you have your daily stand-up with the data team. After spending some time chatting about how life is going, you talk the team through your top priorities for the day. You also hear what they are working on and how the clean data from your CRM is helping the business. After the stand-up, you stick around to discuss some ideas on how to improve our CRM development process with a data engineer.
After the stand-up, you go to work clarifying a request from the Customer Success team to improve the renewal process in SalesForce. You have prepared questions for them to get a better idea of what they want. After the meeting you have a clear idea what needs to be done and later this week you will work out the details in a project proposal. This project will be an important quarterly goal and when it is completed, the whole business will benefit!
After lunch you attend the weekly team meeting and listen to the Sales team about issues that they are having building quotes in SalesForce. You immediately help with some new workflows that will address their problems , another win.
You now spend a couple of hours working on HubSpot to ensure the marketing automation process is running smoothly and to ensure that SalesForce and HubSpot work well together.
You finish the day reading up on some new features in SFDC, you have an exam coming up for a new certification so you want to ensure you are aware of all the latest information.
