As an Account Executive you are responsible for bringing in new business to ensure we hit our revenue goal. It’s Zivver’s business to make communication simple & secure. It’s your business to make our business grow. Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-sufficient and experienced professional to grow even more. You will be driving new business sales in the Dutch segment. You will have significant interaction with clients, online and over the phone and create and maintain a solid new business sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities. Closing new logos and solution selling is the key to success for this role.

A day at Zivver
Since the COVID pandemic, there is no such thing as a “every” day at HQ. We fully support a work-from-home/everywhere situation (read as monitors, headphones, webcam, docks, and whatever else you might need). But when you are at our HQ….
Of Course every day is different but we can sketch a general overview of a day at Zivver. During your time at Zivver you will be the first contact person in the sales cycle and it's your job to find new prospects and help them in their search for a secure communication platform.
This involves some cold calling, building and maintaining your network in your vertical, giving presentations, writing emails and keeping a close eye on your current projects. You decide on your own agenda. We only ask from you to update your forecast in Salesforce and to keep a healthy pipeline;).
Selling a secure communication platform is not the easiest product to sell. Therefore it's important to understand the differences between us and our competitors and to be able to help prospects deliver the right information so they can make the balanced decision. For that we are looking for a salesperson who is extremely perseverance and has the patience to bring a deal further.
Good to know for you: we do this with a team and together we make sure we offer the right information at the right time to our prospects. On a typical day you will work with different departments like legal, product management, inside-sales and your direct colleagues.
We are growing hard and this also means we do have to work hard and sometimes long days but reassure you will enter a great team with a lot of fun and great benefits. When you finish the day you can grab a drink just before you head home in our own bar at the office:)
Identify target customers and use effective ways to convert those into new business leads and arrange meetings (like cold calling);
Identify customers’ needs and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to solve the customer's pain;
Quickly build customer trust and identify appropriate stakeholders in the customer's organization;
Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of Zivver’s solution portfolio;
Negotiate pricing with customers;
Provide support to customers in their decision process, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible;
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to Sales Management via Salesforce;
Meet quarterly and yearly targets set by management and contribute to team targets;
Brainstorm and give input for lead generation;
Attend events of Zivver and relevant commercial events.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
3+ years Sales experience, cold calling and prospecting;
Enthusiastic about Information Security products or services;
Experience in building teams & creating plans;
Experience with customer relationship management software such as Salesforce or Hubspot;
Commercial mindset and result oriented.
Base salary + 100% bonus (uncapped);
